Rising Criticism of TDP Amid Allegations of Corruption and Mismanagement

Criticism of the Telugu Desam Party is increasing day by day. Especially regarding the irregularities, injustices, and corruption that occurred during the previous government, there are accusations that no action was taken. Along with this, there are allegations that the party leaders are meeting with those who engaged in corruption. In the coalition government, it is openly stated that key figures are involved in corruption and encouraging corrupt individuals. There are also criticisms that a key minister in the cabinet is encouraging corruption. Whether they are aware of this or not, if immediate action is not taken, like Jagan, they will face the label of corruption. There are widespread allegations and accusations that money is being taken from corrupt officials and illegal officers and then letting them go. The corrupt officials openly state that they gave bribes to key ministers and now no one can do anything to them. They challenge anyone to take action against them.

Encouraging Corruption!

In the previous Jagan government, the then Information Department Commissioner Vijay Kumar Reddy, who engaged in rampant corruption, is promised by the state Information Minister Parthasarathi to be brought back to the department. Though six months have passed, he has not been touched. Allegations against him include large-scale corruption and irregularities in the Information Department, accusations that the Jagan party was given away, and payments made to those working in the Jagan party newspaper from the Information Department, along with charges of misusing funds and other unethical activities. Some senior officers who cooperated with him at that time were transferred. Now there are reports that these transferred officials are being given postings again after collecting huge sums of money from them. The question arises, how can they be given postings when the ACB and Vigilance investigations are still ongoing? Will this not lead to further corruption allegations?

Allegations from Nellore Quartz to Kakinada Port!

Recently, allegations have surfaced that key leaders were involved in illegal rice exports from Kakinada Port. Initially, after coming into power, they created a lot of chaos and took commissions, but remained silent afterwards. Now, in Nellore quartz mines, allegations are surfacing that key leaders are taking bribes. The truth of this is yet unclear, but it seems that, according to a plan, the party is being deliberately tarnished to discredit it. On the other hand, the party is also facing embarrassment with regard to the Rajya Sabha members. It is being alleged that TDP leader Sana Satish is being given a Rajya Sabha seat, and those familiar with his history claim that he should never have been given a seat. However, the leadership is reportedly ignoring these criticisms and is set to finalize his selection. By giving priority to people with such allegations, key leaders are ignoring the fact that more corruption allegations will arise. Overall, in just six months, facing corruption charges is not good for the party and its key leaders. If Jagan did this, it is wrong for us to do the same, and we should not justify it by arguing that we need to earn money for elections. This is not the right approach. The people rejected Jagan due to his corruption, irregularities, and arrogance, and we should not take him as an example.
